Each of our business areas, REMIS refrigerating systems, REMIS mobile systems and REMIS automotive, has its own development department equipped with state-of-the-art technology (3D-CAD systems, test benches for longterm testing, air-conditioning chambers, rapid prototyping facilities etc.).

Company history
1974: Paul Isfort (refrigerating and air-conditioning systems engineer) founds Ing. Ges. Paul Isfort, Cologne.
1976: The company is restructured as "REMIS Ges. für Entwicklung u. Vertrieb techn. Elemente mbH". Managing partner: Paul Isfort
1978: Paul Isfort builds the production plant at Gronau-Epe with adjoining management offices.
1984: Building of our plant and central office in Cologne.
1992 to 1998: The production plant at Gronau-Epe is significantly expanded.
1998/1999: Extension of our plants in Cologne and Epe.
2003: The company moves into a prestigious management building in Gronau-Epe and purchases production halls with a developed area of 8,000 m² at the same time.
2005/2006: The company plans a production plant with offices in Cologne-Ossendorf. The project will be completed in 2007/2008 and will provide a total area of 3,500 m².
